Lagavulin Single Malt Whisky - 16 Year Old 
An exquisite 12 year old blended Japanese whisky. Hibiki includes malt whisky from Yamazaki and Hakushu, as well as grain whisky from Chita. The whisky is partly matured in plum liqueur barrels. 
The nose is juicy marmalade with real chunks of orange, cooked apples dusted with cinnamon, thick honey and plum wine. The palate is 
crushed almonds, stewed fruits, clove-studded oranges. Sherried malt and a subtle core of oak. 
Dalmore Single Malt Whisky - 12 Year Old 
This single malt from the Dalmore distillery is a toasty, coffee-rich dram with beautifully spice notes and a thick mouthfeel. Very rich for a 12 year old. The nose is a warm coffee house in Seattle; roasting beans, the oily nuttiness in a fine espresso, there are little notes of malt and cereal and butter from the pastry counter with rich orange. The palate has notes of Seville marmalade and triple sec with winter spices and fruitcake. Zesty cocoa and milk chocolate. 
A medium-bodied whisky with the aromas of dried fruits and honey. 
The nose is peach, pineapple, grapefruit, clove, candied orange, vanilla, mizunara (Japanese oak) 
The flavour is sweet and spicy with a body, mainly on the top of your toungue and with a long finish

Dalwhinnie Single Malt Whisky - 15 Year Old 
The flavours are simple, but flawless, a clean, crisp 15 year old from the Dalwhinnie distillery.The nose is aromatic, toffee, fruit salad, lush nectarine, custard. Floral, apple blossom, honeysuckle. Apple peels, pear, touch of smoke. The palate is malty. Walnuts steeped in manuka honey with vanilla sponge. Gentle smoke weaves its way through the cereal with a touch of spice. 
A delightful Pure Pot Still Irish whiskey, Redbreast 12 is highly praised by Jim Murray and a host of other notable whisky critics. The nose is nutty and rich. There are notes of dried peels and spice, an oily note and cut fruits. The palate is spice and of good body. There are notes of nuts and citrus and the peel and juice thereof. There are hints of marzipan and dried peels and a hint of sherry. The finish is long and creamy with custard and spice. 
Glenkinchie Single Malt Whisky - 20 Year Old

A cask strength 20 year old from Glenkinchie. This was matured in refill American Oak, before a decade in brandy casks. 
The nose is very fruity with notes of Sauternes and lush stone fruit. A touch of sherried dried peels creeps in with allspice and balanced oak. The palate is rich and buttery. Notes of candied peels and peaches, a hint of grenadine and juicy esters. The finish is long and well fruited with good oak. 
A peated single malt whisky from Ireland. The nose is lemony and fresh. Quite light, oily peat which melds with a deft touch of light apple and pear, a hint of custard, and creamy malt. The palate is sweet and fizzy almost, with rustic, earthy peat, rhubarb and custard sweets, cream, malt and granary toast with melted butter. Smoky too, like a driftwood on fire.It has a light finish with some vanilla and tangy fruit with traces of oily smoke and spice. 
Balvenie Single Malt Whisky - 17 Year Old 
This Balvenie has been matured in two types of cask, the key difference this has been given an extra five years of cask ageing. Warm Acacia honey and green apples on the nose leading to warm winter spices, vanilla and honeysuckle on the palate. The finish is gloriously long with notes of vanilla and honey. 
A much sought-after single malt with the massive peat-smoke that's typical of southern Islay - but also offering richness and a dryness that turns it into a truly interesting dram.One of the smokiest noses from Islay. The palate is very thick and rich. A massive mouthful of malt and sherry with good fruity sweetness, but also a wonderful sweetness. Big, powerful peat and oak. It has a long, spicy finish, with figs, dates, peat smoke and vanilla. 
Lagavulin Distillers Edition - Special Release 
From the Lagavulin distillery on the island of Islay comes the 1997 Distillers Edition, a fantastic single malt which has been maturing since 1997 and enjoyed a finishing period in Pedro Ximénez cask before being bottled in 2013. Thick and honeyed with characteristic smoky notes, these Distillers Editions from Lagavulin are always an excellent excuse to crack open a box of dark chocolates alongside your whisky after dinner..
